Shipping Policy

To ensure the successful delivery of your package and to guarantee that you receive your order within our specified timeframes, kindly ensure that your address is accurately entered, encompassing all pertinent and mandatory details. The utilization of accurate abbreviations, precise street numbers, building or apartment designations, and relevant route information (if applicable) is of utmost importance for ensuring the punctual arrival of your package. Please be advised that we cannot accept responsibility for shipments that are lost, misplaced, or erroneously delivered due to inaccurately provided address information at the time of purchase.

For shipments destined to PO Boxes, we utilize USPS/DHL for delivery. However, it’s important to note that expedited shipping options are not available for PO Box addresses. We retain the right to opt for alternative carriers as necessary.

In the case of international shipments, the imported goods will be processed on behalf of the consignee/buyer. By purchasing from knife-store, the consignee authorizes us to facilitate the import of the goods on their behalf. Additionally, the consignee agrees that knife-store may entrust the duty of importing the goods to a subcontractor, such as a customs broker. The consignee is responsible for the payment of taxes and duties, in addition to the cost of the goods.

Processing Time:

All orders are subject to a processing period distinct from the time required for a shipment to reach its destination after being dispatched from our fulfillment center and picked up by the relevant carrier. Depending on various factors, both standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to process.

Upon authorization and verification of your payment, the processing times are as follows: Standard orders may still require up to 4 business days, Expedited orders may still require up to 3 business days, and Rush orders may still take up to 1 business day to process. These are estimates and do not account for weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Timelines:

Please be aware that shipments to US destinations may take anywhere from 1 to 12 business days from the shipping dateā€”not necessarily from the order placement date. This variance is dependent on the chosen shipping method and the ultimate destination of the order.

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

For both U.S. Domestic and International orders, we generally utilize USPS or UPS for most locations. However, we retain the discretion to select alternative carriers to meet specific shipping requirements.

Your final shipping cost will be presented at the checkout stage.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event that you decline receipt of a shipment from, you will be held accountable for the original shipping expenses, as well as the cost of returning the package to us. This sum will be deducted from any issued credit.

We are equipped to ship to PO Boxes via USPS/DHL. Nonetheless, expedited shipping options cannot be availed for PO Box addresses.

Delivery Policy:

Should your package go missing or become lost, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for store credit or a reshipment. It’s important to note that knife-store does not bear responsibility for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, and each case will be evaluated individually.

Delivery Claims:

We are committed to assisting you in navigating the claims process with the carrier. Please be aware that claims can take up to 30 days to be resolved, contingent on the carrier in use.

knife-store is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. As such, we do not provide refunds or credits for packages that carriers confirm as delivered.

Out of Stock Items:

Should your order encompass multiple items and one or more of them are out of stock, we will proceed to ship the remaining items and issue a refund to your original payment method for the unavailable item(s).

Reserved Shipping Rights:

While we strive to accommodate shipping and billing preferences, we retain the right to request customers to utilize a “common” shipping and billing address if we encounter difficulties in processing an order or confirming a shipping address.

Furthermore, knife-store reserves the right to define and restrict orders and returns, and to refuse or cancel orders at any time due to patterns of excessive returns or potential fraudulent activity. Similarly, we retain the discretion to limit or reject returns based on the aforementioned actions.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
