Return & Exchange

We facilitate returns and refunds for Leather products:

  • In the event of receiving a defective item, customers can request a refund or exchange within 7 days from the receipt date.
  • Incorrect items received necessitate return in original, unused condition and original packaging.

  • Returned items must maintain their original condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Shipping charges incurred are non-refundable.
