Knife-Store — Shipping Policy​

Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days and are generally delivered within 5–7 business days after shipment. We primarily ship via USPS.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can check your order status anytime.

Business days: Monday–Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. holidays are not counted as shipping days.

🚚 Standard Shipping

• Orders under $150 — $5.99 — 5–7 business days**
• Orders over $150 — FREE*** — 5–7 business days**

✈️ Express Shipping

• All orders — $20.00 — 2–3 business days**

**Delivery times start once your order has been shipped and do not include our standard processing time of up to 10 business days. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. holidays.

Holiday Season Processing

During November 23 – December 28, processing may take up to 5 days for Express orders and up to 10 days for Standard orders.

Important Shipping Notes

• All orders ship with tracking. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.
• Please provide the correct shipping address when ordering. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you must pay for reshipping. Orders cannot be canceled after providing an incorrect address.
• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Knife-Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary, especially for extended delivery areas.
• Express orders placed between Friday 3 PM ET and Sunday 3 PM ET may require an extra 24 hours of transit time.
