Lifetime Warranty
Knife-Store guarantees all its products for the lifetime of the original purchaser. If your item has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact Customer Service to arrange a replacement.
Warranty covers: manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or loss/theft after delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return eligible products within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange if they meet the conditions below:
- Items must be in saleable condition to receive a full refund.
- Defective items: you have 30 days from receipt to request a refund or replacement.
- Wrong item received: item must be returned unused and in its original box and packing.
Not eligible for return: change of mind, size issues (please check the size guide on each product page), opened or used products (unless defective), custom or personalized items, sale/clearance items, and gift cards.
Any paid shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Start a Return
- Have your original order number ready.
- Contact Customer Service by email at info@knife-store.com.
- We will email you once your return is approved with simple instructions.
- Ship the item back. Return shipping costs are paid by you unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom and personalized (engraved) items
- Clearance and sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered when it reaches the local post office. These are typically delivered the next business day or can be picked up from the local post office.
Shipping Delays
Most orders are delivered within our posted time frames. External factors outside our control can sometimes cause delays. If your order exceeds normal posted times, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Exchanges
We process exchanges as a return and a new purchase. This helps make sure the correct item does not go out of stock while your return is in transit.
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
